Personal Edition is provided Free-for-Life as a single user product. Although this does not include support, users are free to use our online support forums, FAQs, demos and tutorials as much as they wish. Optionally, an Annual Support Contract is available which will give access to our telephone and email support service and our rapid response forum.

Peer-to-Peer Edition represents remarkable value for money at only $140 for a Perpetual License. This will support up to 5 users. Again, no direct support is included but we offer an optional support contract as with the Personal Edition.

Team Server Edition is a very aggresively priced product at just $10 per user per week. Each salesman will have the full functionality of Account Manager for a year for the same price as one night away in a business class hotel. For this fee, support is included with direct phone and email access to Cobault staff members and unlimited usage of our rapid response forum.

All users who have a valid support contract will also be entitled to free upgrades as new versions of the tool are released. This means that enhancements developed for new scenarios or requested by several users will immediately be available to all supported customers.

Account Manager is fully scaleable. All the modules come together to build a complete sales methodology that is centred on identifying the compelling event within the sales cycle, and what needs to happen by when.
