As you know, our Personal Edition product is offered completely
free of charge. Of course, at that price, we would struggle
to provide a comprehensive support package and remain
in business. However, in talks with some of our longer
standing customers, there is a great willingness to share
ideas on best practice and hints and tips on getting
the most out of Account Manager. In the process, beginners
to the product should be able to pick up some solutions
to common issues and get up to speed quicker.
We are only too happy to oblige and therefore have launched
our new support forum. Users can post messages in a number
of areas and share their experiences widely. Although Cobault
cannot respond to all the messages posted, we are encouraging
all our staff to view the forum regularly and add to the
discussions as time allows.
We are also seeking feedback on the products and requests
for future enhancements and features through the forum. Cobault
will also post news on new releases etc. through a dedicated
area on the forum.
